Sophia Porter

Sophia Porter was born and raised in Marion, Indiana, where she also did her undergraduate work. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with majors in Community Development and Pastoral Ministries. Following her undergraduate career, she studied Spanish linguistics and history at the University of Nebrija in Madrid, Spain. She is in her graduate studies, pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Candler School of Theology and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

What excites you about your role at AETH?

She has very much enjoyed her time at the Justo and Catherine Gonzalez Resource Center and hopes to continue the work that is being done. Her favorite part of the job is working with and learning from the Center`s team.

In his spare time...

Aside from her studies, she loves spending time with her family and close friends.
