Shaila Muñoz was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico in a family deeply rooted in ministry. From an early age she was immersed in the teachings of faith and the importance of serving others. Guided by her upbringing, Shaila cultivated a deep passion for spreading the Word of God, which would later shape her personal and professional trajectory.
After completing her bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Shaila embarked on a purpose-driven path, combining her academic acumen with her spiritual calling. Upon moving to Nashville, Tennessee, she found herself in the heart of the Christian publishing industry, where she has flourished for over 14 years.
In her career, Shaila has become a beacon of inspiration, combining her background in business administration with her unwavering commitment to her faith. Her work is not simply a profession but a calling: a vehicle through which she continues the work of spreading the Gospel to diverse audiences. Whether through the creation of literature, sales and marketing strategies and initiatives, Shaila`s contributions have resonated deeply within the Christian community and beyond.

What excites you about your role at AETH?
Believes in the transformative power of theological education for pastors and leaders. Helping to raise funds and foster growth allows him to support the journey to deepen their understanding of faith, empowering them to better serve their communities and fulfill their calling.
In his spare time...
She enjoys helping others, mentoring young people in faith and baking. In addition, she finds renewal in nature, spending time outdoors, spending quality time with her family and friends and, most importantly, nurturing her spiritual growth through prayer and reading.
Your favorite book...
This is a difficult question, one of the first books she read that impacted her, and remains one of her favorites, is "Redeeming Love" by Francine Rivers. It is a powerful Amos-inspired story about unconditional love, redemption and faith, reminding her of God`s relentless pursuit of each of us, regardless of our past or our mistakes.
